Worldwide shipping
US: 2-5 business days
Rest of the world: 10-30 business days
Some orders may be canceled if delivery is unavailable in certain regions due to special circumstances. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Customs & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
Lost Packages
1. Tracking Shows “Delivered”
Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We still encourage customers to:
contact their local post office or carrier
check with neighbors, apartment front desk, or household members
We’ll still do our best to help you locate the package whenever possible.
2. Tracking Has Not Updated
If tracking has not updated for 30 business days, the package may be considered lost. In this case, we will offer a replacement shipment
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a replacement or refund request, please include:
clear photos of the damaged item
photos of the packaging
your order number
We may offer:
a replacement
ora refund
Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for refund or replacement.
Refused Packages or change of mind
Packages refused or change of mind by the customer are not eligible for refund.
Replacement shipment
If a replacement shipment is also lost, delayed, refused, or encounters delivery issues, we are unable to offer an additional replacement or refund.
However, we may offer a one-time $11 discount toward a future order.
